January Goals

Now that I have devised a plan for this year, I figure I should work on my month goals.

Since December was not a great month for achieving my goals, mainly because I was point focused more than anything and lost an average of 1.5 buy-ins per week, I thought I would scale down my goals for January. This month I plan on slowing down my play time so that I may focus on playing winning poker and not playing just to get points. I know I only have 3 weeks before my $100 Bonus expires and I have only accumulated $30, but trying to reach that plateau will probably cause me to lose more than win and that is not good. For this month, I would like to see me get back to winning over 2 buy-ins per week, even if that means dropping down a level. Since I won't be playing as much as previous months, I will spend more time reading some of the poker books I have, as well, work on my side projects. Should be an interesting month.
